Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

    At Bellnia, each product is made with precision and care. As a premium brand, we follow a strict policy rules regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges to maintain quality standards and operational efficiency.

    1. Returns & Exchanges (Customer Responsibility)

    We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following situations:

    • Incorrect size selected at the time of purchase

    • Change of mind after placing the order

    • Preferences related to design, color, or style

    • Any ordering errors made by the customer

    Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product details, including size charts and specifications, before completing their purchase.

    2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    To process your request, please provide us:

    • A clear unboxing video (mandatory requirement)

    • High-quality images clearly showing the issue

    • Order ID and product details

    Important Notice:
    Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

    Once the issue is verified by our team, we will provide a replacement.

    • Replacement: Reprinting and reshipping the product at no additional cost.

    3. Printing & Color Variation Disclaimer

    Due to the nature of fabric printing and digital display differences, minor variations may occur, including:

    • Print placement variation of approximately ± 0.5 to 1 inch

    • Color tone differences between screen display and actual fabric

    • Slight variations in fabric texture and feel

    Such variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

    4. Order Cancellation Policy

    Orders cannot be cancelled once:

    • The printing process has begun, or

    • Production has been completed

    Cancellation requests made before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

    5. Refund Policy

    Bellnia maintains a no monetary refund policy under normal circumstances.

    All valid issues are resolved through:

    • Product Replacement
